XXL Pro Diffuser

I LOVE this diffuser. It is massive and heavy duty. It dries my hair very quickly while minimizing frizz. I have a lot of hair, type 2c waves that take 4 hours+ to air dry. The diffuser attachment is very light and comfortable to use, distributes air well and evenly, and attaches very securely to my babyliss ceramic hair dryer. It does not jiggle or feel loose on my hair dryer at all.

I diffuse after sectioning my hair and applying curl cream, gel, and mousse, and lightly dabbing with a microfiber towel. Once it’s completely dry I add a hair oil and I the waves look so so pretty. I wear a paradise fold 100% silk hair wrap to bed every night. My waves last for 4 days before I wash it again and do this same process.

Great quality, highly recommend buying if you have a wavy or curly hair routine that you want to speed up.

My smaller diffuser, just wasn’t giving me the desired effect, so I treated myself to the Diva Pro XXL. It fits nicely on my Remington dryer (53mm diameter nozzle), and even better on my Diva Edit Veloce 3800 Pro dryer (45mm diameter nozzle). 3 rubber bumpers in this tapered attachment, channel and grip the dryer nozzle securely. The narrower your dryer nozzle, the further the diffuser pushes on. When using medium heat, low power, warm air diffuses evenly around the 170mm diameter bowl, allowing more hair to nestle inside and dry quickly. The widely spaced silicone fingers are firm yet bendy and stand proud of the bowl by 10mm. They reduce crushing at the roots, allowing better air movement near the scalp, with more room for waves/curls to coil up inside the bowl, holding their curvy shapes whilst drying. This prevents curls fighting for space and twisting at awkward angles. Hair curls up and holds noticeably tighter, with less frizz too. A 35 minute pixie diffuse, now takes 25 minutes. The unit is lightweight (210g) and well finished with no jagged edges. The two attached photos are taken 3 weeks apart, the better result, with tighter waves, I credit to the use of the Diva Pro XXL diffuser.

Makes my old diffuser look like a saucer!! It’s amazing. I love it. Fits fine on my hair dryer falls off every now and again but nothing drastic. Well worth the money and gives me lovely curls in less time as I can fit more hair in it.

Omg wow! I love this so much. I always struggled diffusing my hair and now I realise that my diffuser was just not built for the job. This is massive compared to my previous one and it dries my hair so much faster. I've attached an image comparing the two. As a result my hair is less frizzy. It also fits my hair dryer perfect and has never fallen off yet. Also the price is extremely good compared to other large diffusers on the market.

As someone with thick curls, I was looking for a large diffuser to cut down on some of the curl drying time - and wow!!This was perfect - it's huge compared to my old diffuser, and fits perfectly over the nozzle of my old hair dryer. It left me with such a cute curl pattern, which was really defined. And the rubber prongs meant that I had less frizz!Couldn't have asked for a better product, and wish I'd brought this sooner!

my hair dresser recommended me this diffuser -I initially bought other one (Polly Online brand), but it was much smaller and shallower than Diva Pro. With my long hair, the size XXL works much better. for the maximum effect, it was recommended to make the chunk of the hair to diffuser small and the curls will be very distinctive! I really recommend this item.

This is a brilliant diffuser! I am extremely happy to have found it curtesy of the Curly Maven website. Would highly recommend - really big, lightweight and superbly pronged to cut diffusing time by about 50%!

I'm really happy with this diffuser. I found it via a recommendation on a blog. The diffusers that come with most hair dryers aren't so good to be honest and I don't like the way they click on as they feel like they would eventually weaken at this point and become unusable. This diffuser is chunky and sturdy, and I think it will last for years. I ended up getting a diva hair dryer after purchasing this because I was impressed by the brand. It didn't disappoint.
The only annoying thing was trying to get the sticker off the diffuser which they tell you to remove before using. Good luck with that. Soaking didn't help. I had to get some rubbing alcohol to get it off. Anyway, great diffuser. Would definitely buy again.

I’ve had 2a/b waves most of my life and as someone who comes from a family of thin straight hair I’ve never really taken care of them properly until the last few months. I used to use the diffuser that came with my hairdryer and was amazed by how that helped my curl pattern, but this diffuser does wonders, my waves are now probably more 2c after diffusing them on low/ medium heat with this diffuser. This diffuser is at least double the size of my old one and slides nicely onto my hairdryer and my mums which is a different size. I was initially worried about some reviews of it melting hairdryers so I’ve kept it on low/ medium setting. I’ve used it 3/4 times and it makes a huge difference, I generally brush my hair out with a denman brush and scrunch in some product and diffuse and my curls last the day. They’re generally looser in day 2 but still way better than I’m used too.

Update: I have been using the diffuser for nearly two months, in a rush I put it on high heat and nothing melted.

I love this diffuser! When some of the spokes broke on the diffuser that came with my hairdryer, the universal travel diffuser was a revelation to me; it meant I could replace the diffuser without having to buy a new hairdryer. The next revelation was the size and depth of the bowl. This one is more than twice as big as the last one I had, so even though I don't want to spend money on a new hairdryer just yet, this has decreased the drying time for my hair and improved the curl texture. Really affordable way to up your curl game, highly recommend.

Its has changed my hair routine for the better. I'm so happy that I did my research and looked into what would suit my hair. I have different textures naturally ranging from 3c to 4b hair and I have a full head of hair. This diffuser is universal. (Traditonal,nozzle styled barrels) I have a babyliss hair dryer and a wahl it can attach easily to both. The grip is really flexible and sturdy. And it doesn't fall off every 2 minutes like some others and you're able to flip and use it at angles to with ease. The fingers inside are soft to touch and gentle on the scalp also ensuring that extra lift. Without burning you're scalp. The bowl is the diva in my opinion! It's massive. Definitely suitable for long hair, afro, coily, kinky and curly hair. Because the bowl is so big it literally cuts your drying time down so much, smoothly too.
The con for me it is as it advised its xxl so its not a diffuser I can easily travel with.

The diffuser fits my old Babyliss hairdryer perfectly. It dries my hair so quickly. I love it. The service from DivaProStyling was first class. The communication, price and delivery was exceptional.

The holes are quite large, so it doesn't distribute the air evenly — it depends on what you want to use it for. While the large head (16.5 cm) sounds good in theory, it's difficult to work with if your hair is cut in layers. It's better suited to very long, thick hair than finer hair.

So happy with this, fantastic size, really has helped with my 2A curls in drying and defining them. Really changed the game! Highly recommend for all curly/wavy people. No more air drying for c.8 hours 🙌

Highly recommend for curly hair fits my hairdryer perfectly and saved me 100s on buying a Dyson or shark. The large head firs so much hair and gives great volume. Bid for travel unfortunately but I love it so much my hair has never looked better

This diffuser is a really good size, great for plopping your wet curls into! No need to move it around too much to disturb the curls as it fits a lot of hair inside resulting in lovely bouncy curls.Universal fit means it connects perfectly to the end of my dryer. Unfortunately my daughter has nicked it so I'll probably never see it again!!
